Made this gorgeous top out of an "I love D-beat" t-shirt, high quality black cotton, zebra & lime green bondage trim, swivel hooks, chains, and elastic. It sits off the shoulder and can be worn with or without the chain straps (which are completely adjustable). An incredibly sexy and unique top!
Best fits a size M-L, but it's quite flattering on most sizes because of the stretchy elastic.
