Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details (e.g. address, phone number, and name) are correct and complete when placing an order. I cannot be held responsible for shipping to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
Shipping Times
I ship items within 5-7 days of purchase. All packages include tracking. If you would like your item to ship/arrive sooner, please email me before ordering for a shipping quote.
Returns
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you have any concerns about your order, email me to discuss. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Because my items are one-of-a-kind, I cannot offer exchanges.
